Privacy Policy
Last updated June 22, 2026
En Route Development (“we,” “us,” or “Ari”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information the site collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
Through the contact form and the scholarship application, you may provide your name, email, and phone number, whether you’re an athlete or a parent, an athlete’s name and age range, and, for athletes under 18, a parent or guardian’s name and contact. The scholarship application also asks about your fencing, your training, your goals, and anything else you choose to share, including an optional link to a video.
If you’re invited to the intake form (“Map the Terrain”), it asks for more detail about your fencing and the mental side: your background and training, why you fence and what you want, how you rate yourself across a few areas, a recent competition moment, and an optional link to a bout video. If you become a client, we also keep a record of your sessions.
Information about minors
If an athlete is under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian’s name and contact, and we expect a parent or guardian to be involved before any coaching begins. If you’re under 18, please use the forms only with a parent or guardian’s knowledge. If you believe a minor has submitted information without that involvement, contact us and we’ll remove it.
How we use your information
We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a scholarship application, and communicate with you about coaching. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How your information is handled
Form and intake submissions are delivered to Ari by email through Resend and stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf so the site, its email, and the coaching tools can function. Access to stored submissions is restricted to Ari.
We keep submissions only as long as needed: to respond to an inquiry, to evaluate a scholarship application, and to maintain a coaching relationship. Intake responses and session records are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set basic cookies required for the site to operate.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above.
